Don’t Make an Estate Mistake
Most of us have no idea what to do when faced with having to deal with a loved one’s estate — or even our own.
Roger A. Schrenk is an expert with three decades of experience helping people navigate the difficult task of sorting through a household of belongings. It’s difficult to know what is valuable, what is trash and what needs to be kept. Each action is a potential pitfall.
Roger can help make those decisions. It’s virtual, inexpensive and could save you thousands of dollars.
Don’t make an estate mistake.

30+ years of experience to help you in a one-hour consultation
If you are handling an estate either as executor or loved one, or downsizing your own home, the first decisions you make are the most critical. Sorting, packing, selling and trashing can be done the right way or the wrong way costing the estate time and money.
Here’s how the process works:
Discovery Phase
Take time to describe your estate and give background on your goals through email before your scheduled appointment.
Virtual Walk-Through
Your appointment is a one-hour walk-through of your estate via FaceTime. Please have a flashlight and magnifying glass handy.
Actionable Advice
You will be given live instructions on how to discover value in your estate by looking at the furniture, art or collectibles like an expert.
Results and Follow-up
Once Roger has given you the knowledge of how to navigate your estate, he will explain your options for either sale or disposal. This will include understanding the difference between auctions, estate sales and online selling such as eBay. He will also set your expectations for trash-hauling fees.
“When my mom moved into assisted living, we had very little time to deal with a lifetime of accumulation. We were lost. We were so thankful for Roger’s advice. He talked us through the entire house, and we discovered valuable things we thought were trash. After we talked to him, we really felt like we had a plan. Everything worked out just like he said; we were never blindsided.”
